Privacy linkageStory's privacy notice is part of the overall terms, including website and facility practices such as security cameras and digital account management.

Disputes and contact
Kentucky law applies, and disputes are handled close to home.
Story's terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the official terms point to binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Kentucky. The privacy notice is incorporated into the broader terms, especially where account data, payment information, and facility security are involved.
